“she’s an extraordinary girl in an ordinary world…” – cy ranch high school senior photographer

i love that each of my senior girls this year have all been so different but so similar all in the same sense…each oen has a very distinct personal style, a vision for their own future, friendships they will leave behind after this year ends and new ones awaiting them in a few months, and then of course they each have a seriously fabulous mom to come home to every christmas and summer break over th next 4 years.  Each girl has walked a different road to get here and will take a seperate path to move on but each girl has been an “extraordinary girl in this ordinary world” and for that i am thankful to have met them as they sit on the brink of success.

i had a super fabulous blast with you ladies lastnight, i love that we got kicked out of a small town resturant, shot all but 1 of your trunkful of outfits, blew a fuse in a car, used half a box of bobby pins, a whole bottl eof hairspray and found some super fab new spots in this crazy ol’ place.   we have to give a huge shout out to ms April the uber amazing hairstylist who seriously whipped up a hair do for every outfit change we threw at her….enjoy ladies!!!!!

‘you just gotta ignite the light, and let it shine….’

-katy perry

there once was a car with 3 people.

one was so very afraid of grasshoppers

another was, pretty much fearless with the exception of snakes…but who’s not afraid of snakes right?!

and the third…well she was afraid of pretty much everything, ha!

off the went for an evening drive straight into the movie town of texas chainsaw mass.cre…yep that was us….and while we thankfully didnt meet up with any hockey mask’ed men we did encounter some grasshoppers, some old abandoned buildings in a small town of course(YIKES), some divine light and one out of the blue dog that literally made me jump higher than i knew i could….and how coudl i forget the deal we spotted on a tux, hahahahaha!  but as you can see we all came out of it alive and kickin’!  had a blast with you two ladies on sat, let’s do it again:)
